Undeliverable Packages

Why Was My Package Undeliverable?
Our carriers may deem a package undeliverable for one of the following reasons:

Incorrect Address:
If the address is incorrect or outdated, the package is typically returned to us by the carrier. Please double-check your address carefully when placing a new order.
If an APO or FPO address is entered as an international address, the package will not reach its destination.
To remove or correct an outdated or incorrect address from your account, Log in to your account and edit the address you want to change.

Other Address Problems:
In rare cases, the carrier may make a mistake and leave the package at a different address from what was printed on the label.
In such rare cases we can file an insurance claim for you
[An insurance Claim can only be filed if a package is not delivered or is missing after 45 days from the shipping date.]

Failed Delivery Attempts:
Most carriers will leave a notice on your door advising you of the attempted delivery, and that the package is now available at your local postal outlet for pick up. This notice will include a phone number to contact for more information. Your package will be available for pick up for 5 business days, after which it will be returned to our warehouse.

Refused by Recipient:
If a gift recipient is not expecting a gift, they may refuse the package if they believe it was sent to them in error. If you still want to send these items, you may want to let the recipient know that a surprise is on the way.

What happens if Spice Up Your Life Now receives an item back because it is undeliverable?

Spice Up Your Life Now has to pay a return shipping to claim undeliverable items
In this case you have two options

Option # 1 - Refund
1) All product cost and taxes will be refunded.
2) The shipping costs are non-refundable for undelivered packages.
3) A restocking fee of 20% applies.
4) Return Shipping which was paid by Spice Up Your Life Now will be deducted plus a $ 5.00 service charge will apply.
5) If the shipping cost paid by you (The Customer) was less than the actual shipping paid by Spice Up Your Life Now, then the difference will be     deducted from the refund amount.  [This may happens when promotional ship rates are offered]

Option # 2 - Ship Again
1) Pay the Return Shipping paid by Spice Up Your Life Now.
    And
2) Pay our regular shipping charges again - Promotional ship is for new orders only
    And
3) Pay $ 5.00 Service charge.
    And
4) Payment must be received within 10 business days via PayPal once we email you the total amount due in detail.

Spice Up Your Life Now will notify the customer about the package that was returned undelivered via email and will provide the customer with the above two options.
Spice Up Your Life Now will not be liable in any way shape or form for any packages not claimed after two weeks of email notification.
